Pachuca is situated on a quiet well-maintained site on Gwithian Towans in St Ives Bay adjacent to a 3-mile stretch of golden sand. One of the few remaining family owned and run chalets on the site. There are shops and cafes on the Towans for essential supplies, meals and drinks . A range of hire shops offer boards, kayaks etc and wetsuits as well as offering lessons. Its not a holiday park as such, the chalets are mostly used as holiday homes with a few still lived in all year round or let occasionally to friends and family. There is private parking at the front and rear of the chalet.
Gwithian is just 1 mile from Hayle and 5 miles from St Ives. The area is renowned for its surfing and water-related pursuits. For those into lovely long walks the north coastal footpath is minutes away. The less energetic amongst us might prefer just relaxing on the wonderful sandy beaches!

The Chalet Pachuca is a timber frame chalet . It has three bedrooms a Kitchenette and sitting room, shower and toilet. Comfortably sleeping 6 with the possibility of utilizing the sofa bed. There is no central heating but ample electric heaters are supplied. .
From £250 to £900 a week. Originally built by a couple of Cornish Miners, the property was named after the village in Mexico where they spent most of their lives mining like so many Cornishmen over the years.
The sitting room
features a bed settee, recliner armchairs and footstools . smart TV with freeview and internet connection, board games, books and more
The neat Galley style kitchen
has a spacious oven, modern hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you'll need.
The compact shower room
features a good-sized hand basin, standard shower cubicle and WC with modern tiled floor and walls.
There is a small utility area at the back with storage and spin drier. The chalet doesn't feature a washing machine but has ample drying facility in the back garden area.
There is a rotary drying line in the back garden area.
The dining area
comfortably seats 6/8 around the table. The bench seating has storage under and cushioning. Direct access from the kitchen
The third bedroom
features comfortable bunk bed accommodation and storage.
The master bedroom
features a king size double bed,
hanging area, dressing table with
drawers and a sea view.
The compact twin bedroom
features two single sprung beds, a hanging area and chest of drawers.

There is parking at the front and rear of the property with space for a maximum of 2 cars and there is an outside shed available to keep wetsuits and boards if required.
