Independent Guide to Gwithian and the Towans
We hope to increase the environmental awareness of visitors to help them to help us to keep the area as unique and special as it is. We hope to publish a short history of the Towans as well as offering important environmental details and an up to date guide to helping to preserve the area through sensible tourism. We hope to promote many of the events that take place locally and make people aware of the diverse range of opportunities to experience alternative tourism as well as the more traditional. Gwithian Towans remains very special and while ther is a huge increase in the number of companies letting chalets and promoting individual buisnesses , the need for an indepaendant guide, run by people who know an love area remains vitaly important.
We will be happy to promote anything happening in the area, accommodation, services, shops, cafes and restaurants. We will not be charging for advertising but will probably ask for a nominal contribution to the upkeep and hosting of the website and of course we would be happy to review services and goods to check on their quality.
